Being a mobile Property Management business BPC does not have an office, nor a receptionist or fancy coffee machine.  (Nor is website building a priority.)  BPC is active at your property, supervising your repairs, or meeting your (potential) tenants.  And, because BPC does not charge an agent’s premium on top cost of maintenance or repair work, BPC is a sensible choice for maximising the yield on your property.

Ronnie has more then 15 years experience in real estate and investment property, much of his experience gained during a seven year intensive onsite manager role at an apartment complex in inner Brisbane. He single-handedly managed a building with 68 apartments dealing not only with the property management issues but also building maintenance and safety issues.
